• Managed a $3.4M business transformation project for Deakin University with a goal to unify and enhance  mobile & web-based digital applications to create better user experience for 60,000+ students and staff.

Managing an agile program with multiple projects (value based workstreams) for Victorian Registration and  Qualification Authority while establishing Agile SAFe methodology within the Victoria’s Department of Education. 

• Leading an agile program with $2.3M budget and multiple workstreams to develop Salesforce based solutions  that create better user experience and value for the Victorian people. 

• Launched VRQA Agile Release Train to establish Agile SAFe environment within the Digital Innovation Branch  as part of IMTD while working as their Release Train Engineer • Continuous coaching and mentoring of delivery team membersto foster a productive environment that thrives  on continuous improvement and collaboration to develop self-organizing and high performing teams. 

• Facilitation of Agile SAFe rituals and workshops such as Program Increment Planning, Scrum of Scrums, PO  Sync, Discovery, and Scope Definition.
